No. InterviewWatch never records or stores screen, audio, or video. It observes integrity signals — running apps, devices, window titles, keystroke timing and clipboard activity — and reports those, never the candidate's content.

How does it detect AI tools and hidden overlays?

InterviewWatch monitors a wide range of integrity signals in real time to identify AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, as well as stealth tools designed to stay hidden from screen sharing. Findings are surfaced to your reviewer with a severity level and supporting evidence — without publishing a playbook that bad actors could engineer around.

Is it respectful of candidate privacy and consent?

Yes. It is consent-first: the candidate explicitly agrees before monitoring begins. It captures keystroke timing rather than keystrokes, clipboard size rather than content, supports one-click candidate data deletion, and is aligned with GDPR and CCPA.

How accurate is it, and what about false positives?
